Donation Request Process

Step 1

30+ Days Prior

Your request MUST be submitted 30+ days prior to the event.

Complete Request Form

To the best of your ability, fill out and submit the request form below.

Step 3

Attend in-person meeting

If we choose to proceed with your donation request, a mandatory in-person meeting will be scheduled.

Step 4

Receive your donation in person

After the final approval, you'll be asked to pick up your donation in person at a scheduled time.
