Can I extend my rental?

Yes—extensions are allowed with advance approval. Extension fees include the daily rental rate + $25 + taxes and fees.

Can I use a rental vehicle for ride-share services like Uber or Lyft?

No. Due to insurance restrictions, rental vehicles from Auto Value Rentals cannot be used for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or any ride-share or delivery service.

Do you offer discounts on rental cars?

Yes! We offer rental discounts for military members, law enforcement, AAA members, senior citizens, teachers, coaches, first responders, schools, churches, and non-profits. Call and ask us for specific discounts.

Can I add additional drivers to my rental contract?

Yes. Each additional driver must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and carry full coverage insurance. There is a $10 fee per driver after the third driver.

What do I need to rent a vehicle from Auto Value Rentals?

To rent a vehicle, you must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, full coverage auto insurance, be 21 years or older, and provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

Is smoking or vaping allowed in rental vehicles?

No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles. A $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke or vape residue is detected.

Can I return my rental after hours?

Yes, most of our vehicles include unlimited mileage. Certain specialty vehicles may have mileage limits—ask our team for details.

What is the minimum and maximum rental period?

Rentals require at least 1 day, and the maximum rental period is 30 days.

What is your fuel policy?

Please return your rental with the same amount of fuel it had at pick-up. If we refill the tank, a $5 per gallon charge will apply. You must NOT use E85 or Unleaded 88 fuel in any of our vehicles.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards only. We do not accept debit cards, prepaid cards, Chime cards, cash, or checks.
