Growing up with a dad who traded trucks every year I’ve spent a lot of time in dealerships and I’ve never had a nicer experience than I did with Cassil today. Dane (salesmen) and the finance manager were amazing helping us (first time car buyers) figure out where we were at. Came in clueless and now with how transparent and educational everyone was with us we have learned a lot how to approach getting in a new car. they are going to keep there eye out for us to get us in our perfect vehicle within our budget. With our tight budget and tough situation we hope they will get the right car on the lot for us so we can buy through them! Thank you Dane, finance manager whose name I’m blanking on, and everyone els at Cassil.

Krissi greeted and talked a bit and told her I did have a preapproval from my bank. Got a car picked out went to Rachel and talked to the bank came back ended up in a Chevy Trax. After an unexpected transmission failure, I was in a tough spot and needed a replacement vehicle fast. I used some AI tools to look for used car dealers with the comments, mentions and reviews. Cassil came out on top and I’m glad I gave them a shot. I worked with Adam who listened to my requirements, had some vehicles for me to test drive and I left with a new to me vehicle with no haggling and fair prices. Probably the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.

This is our second time buying a car with Cassill. We really enjoyed the experience both times. The car we bought in 2021 is still running great, thanks to their warranty and good service. The car we just bought will fit our family's needs. We liked working with Adam to pick out our new vehicle. He was honest and thorough. We loved working with Crystal. She really helped us to feel comfortable and make informed choices when we had to finance.

After 14 years of driving a Nissan Frontier that I loved, I knew it was time to find something new. I’d heard so many people say that Cassill was the only place they’ll buy a car, so I knew I had to check them out. What a great decision that was! Dane was my first contact when I went in to test drive some trucks. He was fantastic! Very personable and there was never a sense of pressure of any kind. He knew what he was talking about and could tell me all about each vehicle I was interested in. Once I arrived at my decision, he guided me through every step of purchasing effortlessly. Pat in finance was super. Walked me through everything, explained all of my options and once again, no pressure to do anything. Everyone I met was wonderful. AND I got to bring my dog when I went in to pick up my new truck! There were treats for her and she made lots of new friends! The place has the feel of a great, totally customer focused organizational culture. I now understand why so many of my friends have said they’ll never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Dane, Pat and everyone for my new truck, and a great experience in buying it!
