Brought my car in after someone hit it. Derek educated me on how the insurance claim processes work, and how to advocate for choosing a body shop that *I* want rather than the shops my insurance company is pushing me towards. He walked me through how he buys parts and gave me an itemized list of every part and its cost. I felt the whole process was really transparent, I learned a lot, and I feel confident in the work that was done. Oh, and they cleaned the inside of my car too?!? Bonus.

Dane did a great job explaining features and safety information. I never felt pressured to buy even though I did make a purchase. Awesome team effort with tje sale; trade in and checking out processes!

The best car buying experience ever: No pressure. I explained my circumstances of car I had was over 200,000 miles , needed something reliable. Test drove SUV at 10 am Friday , had ownership by noon Saturday. Great customer service from the test drive through financing to cleaning out my old car sending an associate out to help. I totally give Cassills 5 ☆ +++++++ Recommend immensely, they are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
