Hello. My overall, experience with Cassell dealership was positive. In fact I can't think of any experience with them that was other than Shopping for and purchasing a vehicle is, for me anyway, a personal matter. Most of this is my unfamiliarity with cars and what I am looking for. Because of this, I went in with, what I might like to call, "a shotgun approach". The struggle between ration and seduction (considering even for a second going outside my budget on the high end) is real for me. What do I want vs what do I need". I worked with Josh Cassel on most of my visits and in the end, I was very comfortable with my purchase. I credit a lot of this to Josh. On top of being a competent salesman (something I admire in others), I felt he also kept my best interests (budget/quality) in mind throughout the process. And in the end, after dealing with a few dealerships in the area, I felt most confident with Josh and Cassel automotive. A sales approach that is not manipulative or pushy, patience, and a solid business in my experience. Josh is also a Marine which is also pretty cool.

Mallarie is kind and very informative, has confidence in the info she puts forth.

Josh, Jeremiah, Pat, Crystal and Greg all treated my husband and I great. Made sure we were taken care. Josh is very easy going, funny and very helpful. I like that they go over the Carfax report with you also! Pat helped us out making sure we got our extended plan! Thank you all for how easy it was 5 stars!!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Lexus RX350 from Cassill Motors in Cedar Rapids,Iowa. Our salesperson Adam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. We probably took a longer time than usual when it came to deciding on buying but never felt pressured from anyone at the dealership. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to give the team at Cassill Motors a shot they also service what they sell.

We've bought 3 vehicles from Cassill and the team is wonderful to work with. They take in our considerations, budget, and have always found a beautiful gently used car that meets our family's needs. They all are so laid back and intentional about making sure the car is safe and meets their high standards for quality. Our agent was Austin Heintz and he was wonderful to work with. This dealership has always made us feel heard and seen as customers with needs and not just another paying unit walking in. We look forward to working with them again when the time comes for our children to need a reliable vehicle. I recommend them to everyone I meet shopping for a car.

My Salesperson was Mallarie and she was great to work with! She made the experience fun and easy but also informative. She helped me to pick the right car for me and what I was looking for!
