I've had my car about a week now. LOVE IT. Dealing with Krissi was great, she answered all my questions and more. She was knowledgeable in all aspects, and made me feel comfortable with absolutely no pressure. Just wanted to make sure I got the vehicle that had the things that were important to me. Go there and ask for Krissi, you won't regret it. She also did follow up to make sure I was happy.

I needed a car so bad, and when I arrived at Cassill Motors, I was welcomed by Mallarie and she was very friendly and helpful. Mallarie even helped me drive my new car to my house. The Cassill Motors team is amazing; if you need a car, I highly recommend Cassill Motors.

Hello. My overall, experience with Cassell dealership was positive. In fact I can't think of any experience with them that was other than Shopping for and purchasing a vehicle is, for me anyway, a personal matter. Most of this is my unfamiliarity with cars and what I am looking for. Because of this, I went in with, what I might like to call, "a shotgun approach". The struggle between ration and seduction (considering even for a second going outside my budget on the high end) is real for me. What do I want vs what do I need". I worked with Josh Cassel on most of my visits and in the end, I was very comfortable with my purchase. I credit a lot of this to Josh. On top of being a competent salesman (something I admire in others), I felt he also kept my best interests (budget/quality) in mind throughout the process. And in the end, after dealing with a few dealerships in the area, I felt most confident with Josh and Cassel automotive. A sales approach that is not manipulative or pushy, patience, and a solid business in my experience. Josh is also a Marine which is also pretty cool.
