This past fall my vehicle was totaled in a car accident. Without any hesitation I chose Cassill Collision Center, despite it being out of the responsible parties insurance network, to do the damage assessment. I received outstanding customer service. Onna got me into a rental the same day, took the time to explain the entire process and answered my many questions, and she even printed my kids multiple coloring pages to keep them busy while we took care of the car stuff. Derek did a great job communicating and keeping my updated on the progress and process. When the responsible parties Insurance company recieved the final assessment from Cassill, the insurance adjuster told me that it was the most thorough, detailed, and organized assessment that he had seen in his 16+ years of working in Insurance. My car was deemed a total loss. Onna, Derek, and the team at Cassill Collision Center was phenomenal at ensuring that I was well taken care of and they all worked around my schedule as a single parent while navigating this nightmare of a situation. When it came time to turn in the rental and start looking for a new vehicle I hopped on over to Cassill Motors. I've heard great things about all the staff, but Krissi is a name I have heard repeatedly in several circles. She has a reputation for being incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, transparent, genuine, and committed to finding something that works for each individual. As a single mom, I didn't want to be pressured into spending outside of my budget and I wanted someone who would meet me where I was at and help advocate for me, and that's exactly what Krissi did. Krissi helped me find a safe, reliable car for me and my two kids, well within my budget the same day. I was able to turn in the rental vehicle I was using from Cassill Collision Center when I purchased my new car from Krissi. I had my two young kiddos with me in for the entire process, and Krissi went above and beyond, as well as the rest of the incredible crew at Cassill, to make us all feel welcomed, taken care of, and valued. Krissi had crafts for my kids, the staff turned on some shows for them to watch in their incredibly convenient playroom, we ate our McDonald's lunch in their dining area, and when it was time to go, they sent us with goodie bags, freshly popped popcorn and balloons and a lot of reassurance to reach out if we needed anything at all. Crystal made all the paperwork and payment process painless and easy. She was so incredibly organized and did a great job explaining the whole process. Krissi reached out and checked in within the week after we purchased and has been great at answering my questions when they've popped up. I cannot express it enough how Krissi and the staff at Cassill Motors and Cassill Collision Center took one of the most stressful events and made it into such a positive expierence. You simply cannot and will not find better customer service. At Cassill, as cheesy as it sounds, they treat you like they would treat their most precious loved ones.

I walked into Cassill Motors on 1-5-2026 knowing the car I wanted. I was greeted by Krissi Tow. She demonstrated the car to and with me. I felt very comfortable with Krissi so we proceeded to go over and talk with Adam and Greg, the sales mgr. about my trade in. Greg treated me very fair with my trade in. We agreed upon a price. I returned 1-6-2026 with my check book. I was introduced to Crystal Blu in the financial department and she explained and helped with everything from getting new tags, to the pricing, taxes, fees and closing the transaction. Then Krissi had the car detailed while I was with Crystal, and then spent over an hour showing me the bells and whistles on this car. And there are many. My over all experience was very educational, relaxing and I feel as though I made new friends. These people are not pushy and will answer all of your questions. I highly recommend CASSILL MOTORS if your shopping for cars.

My wife and I have been taking her van to Cassill Motors for years to be serviced since it is close to our home in Fairfax. Recently, there was a problem with her van engine cylinder misfire. It was an elusive problem, but Steven stayed with the problem and ultimately played a major roll in solving thr problem. Ultimately, I was in the market for a replacement vehicle and this experience was key in making me consider purchase my next vehicle from Cassill. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, we had an excellent sales experience and worked with Mallarie. She worked very hard to do everything she could to get us driving that Kia Sorento. She was very easy to work with and having been in a sales role on a smaller scale and winning upsell awards in previous jobs, it takes skill to do the exceptional job she did. This was the first vehicle my wife and I financed on our own without family co-signing. It was a good experience and it is why overall, I would recommend Cassill Motors to family, friends and anyone for that matter if you are looking to purchase a car or even have one serviced.
