I am so glad I went to Cassill Motors to buy a new vehicle instead of somewhere else. Greg Hastings Manager, Jeff Webster, Sales person , and Crystal Blu Cassill, Finance, all helped me to find a new vehicle. These individuals are very knowledgeable professionals and were so helpful and kind. They were awesome! I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape and I love it. Don't go anywhere else to buy a new vehicle. Brought my truck in for heat not working and the service advisors were quick to get the vehicle in for diagnostics called in to warranty and getting the warranty approved! I’d like to add I’m not an easy going customer so shout out to Megan, Steven and Derek for dealing with my high maintenance self. Even Jess for answering all my calls. Needless to say this shop went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough for the work that’s been done!
