Josh and Crystal are absolutely amazing at Cassill! Josh was so great at explaining everything and running through the whole car. He was patient and made the experience easy and stress free. Crystal was so amazing with walking me through the whole financial side of getting my new car! I couldn’t have worked with a better team! So much thanks to them and the Cassill team!

10/10 to these guys at Cassill Motors! I have never had a better, no hassle experience purchasing a vehicle before in my life! Adam always makes sure to go out of his way to help me and answer ALL of my questions (no matter how silly or small those questions are). Then, when it was time to start to financial side of things Crystal stepped right in and made everything so simple. She made sure I understood all of my options, went above and beyond to get me a lower interest rate. Then, when I thought nothing could make the care and service I received from Adam and Crystal any better. I had the pleasure of working with Steven and Derek on the service drive. These two are really top notch gentleman that genuinely know their stuff and will go out of their way to discuss your vehicle with you and answer any questions that I have about my vehicles and their regular maintenance needs. I would trust this team with any of my vehicle purchases and service needs. They really are AMAZING people who genuinely want to look out for their customers best interests.

I sold my car to Cassill and it was unbelievably smooth and straightforward. Josh and Adam were professional, helpful, and literally went above and beyond my expectations. While we were waiting, Josh was answering car and title questions I had on a completely different car that we didn’t even buy from them! He even printed off a CarFax for me. I seriously cannot believe I am giving a car dealer five stars. I have dealt with many different dealerships around the country and did not have a great impression based on my previous experiences. I spent a week dealing with the public trying to sell my car private party and finally got fed up with the runaround of Facebook marketplace and decided to try my luck with a dealer buying it. It was two hours from the time I called them until I had a check in hand. And they even gave me a ride home! I am in the shuttle now. I can’t say enough about this place. It’s rare for marketing to actually be how it feels. Highly recommend!

First off, the sales staff are great, and they were really helpful in facilitating the purchase of my new (to me) truck. They deserve 5 stars. However what the dealership may want to look into the service department- the people that get vehicles ready to sell. My truck supposedly had an oil change when it got to the dealership and before I purchased it. I buy the truck, drive it 3-4K miles and I do my own oil changes. The mileage written on the end of the oil filter was 128K miles. My truck was at 198K miles. So I'm guessing either the "Take 5" place the previous owner was taking the truck to for oil changes wasn't replacing the filter and just replacing the oil.....or it actually has been that long since the oil has been changed. Since the oil was pretty clean when I bought the truck- I have to guess that it was drained off by Casill and replaced, but they didn't replace the filter. That should have been caught in the pre-sale inspection. So if you are going to get your oil changed at Casill- mark your filter before you go and see if they change the filter. There was no excuse for that.....wasn't 100% Casill's fault, but enough hands were on the truck that it shouldnt' have gone 70K Miles on the same filter. That's why I am only giving 4 starts.

Dealt with Dane in sales. One of the most knowledgeable sales associates that I have dealt with in 60 years. Kind, courteous and very well mannered. Not one person was demanding or pushy. I applaud that type of salesmanship. The total experience was much better than local dealers in Cedar Rapids. I would definitely look at this dealer in the future. Great job folks.

We are older now, health declining...needed "our last RIDE" (Cuz we're cool like that? ) we sent her a message. Preferred 1 owner, milage, etc. She called the next day...she pulled up! It was perfect! She ,(Krissy Bailey) was so low key, funny. Asked all the right questions. Made the whole experience painless...we would recommend so very highly...THANKS CASSILL MOTORS! you hired a winner..
