Jeff Webster helped us test drive and answered questions about the vehicle we wanted. Rachel Hunt prepared the paperwork and sale. Everyone was knowledgeable, informative, no sales pressure and offered their cards for follow up or questions. Meagan, in the service side, handled a dash light issue after the sale, promptly and at no charge. Cassill offers shuttle service during repairs (shuttle driver, Cynthia, 👍👍) though the waiting area is comfortable, clean, with delicious coffee, bottled water and cookies. Cassill also provides a Car Fax for each vehicle.
