Share a review of Cassill Motors in Cedar Rapids, IA

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. It is a bit of a story. My daughter and I were driving from Minneapolis to New Orleans. This was until my wheel came off my truck just outside of Cedar Rapids. While we waited for a tow I contacted several different service places and they were all fine but without any sense of urgency. My daughter and I were stuck on the side of the highway on the first day of our vacation. Then I got a hold of Megan at Cassill Motors. She instantly understand the trouble we were in. She asked if we would all fit in the tow truck and if she should send someone to pick us up. When after 3 hours of waiting for a tow from our roadside assistant company. Megan contacted their company and sent a tow immediately. By then we were coming up on 5:30 when the service center was going to close. Megan messaged me to tell me she and technician Mason would stick around and do their best to do the repairs that were needed. While we waited for the truck to be repaired we were approached by Josh Cassill. He understood we had been broken down for 7 hours and probably had not eaten. He came over and offered to let my daughter and I take one of their cars out to get dinner. After Mason finished fixing everything he was concerned the lug nuts might loosen up again. He gave us a $30 wrench to make sure we could check and make sure everything stayed tight. Everyone at Cassill understood the assignment and got us back on the road to enjoy our father, daughter time. If I lived in or around Cedar Rapids Iowa I would only ever do business with them. Absolutely top notch!! As soon as I walked in Mallarie greeted me with a smile and asked what brought me in. I let her know the vehicle that I was there to see and she pulled it right up for me. We went for a test drive and she was so knowledgeable and transparent about everything with the vehicle.
