Cassill Motors Ticket Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cassill Motors Corporation and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Limit: Only one entry per household is allowed. Multiple entries from the same household will be disqualified.
  3. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
  4. How to Enter: Ticket giveaway entries will collected via a form on the Cassill Motors' website: www.cassillmotors.com
  5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the deadline as stated on the giveaway promotional materials. Winners will be notified by phone. A reasonable attempt will be made to contact the selected winner. If the winner cannot be reached within a specified time frame, as determined by Cassill Motors, a new winner will be selected.
  6. Prize Claim: The prize must be accepted in person by the winner. Details of the prize collection will be provided upon notification of the win, but include the winner providing a valid ID.
  7. Publicity Consent: By participating in this giveaway, you agree to allow Cassill Motors to use your likeness, name, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
  8. Marketing Emails: By entering the giveaway, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails from Cassill Motors.
  9. General Conditions: Cassill Motors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Cassill Motors in its sole discretion.
