Then, when it was time to start to financial side of things Crystal stepped right in and made everything so simple. I sold my car to Cassill and it was unbelievably smooth and straightforward. Josh and Adam were professional, helpful, and literally went above and beyond my expectations. While we were waiting, Josh was answering car and title questions I had on a completely different car that we didn’t even buy from them! He even printed off a CarFax for me. I seriously cannot believe I am giving a car dealer five stars. I have dealt with many different dealerships around the country and did not have a great impression based on my previous experiences. I spent a week dealing with the public trying to sell my car private party and finally got fed up with the runaround of Facebook marketplace and decided to try my luck with a dealer buying it. It was two hours from the time I called them until I had a check in hand. And they even gave me a ride home! I am in the shuttle now. I can’t say enough about this place. It’s rare for marketing to actually be how it feels. Highly recommend!
